Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks)
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate project coordination
• Detect clashes and propose solutions before construction begins
• Generate construction documentation and technical drawings
• Maintain project data and ensure model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience as a BIM Technician in a construction environment
• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Familiarity with industry standards and file management systems
• Technical diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
