We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operators to join our team in Ireland. If you have experience working with Swiss turning machines and a strong understanding of precision machining, this role offers an exciting opportunity in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC Swiss turning machines to produce high-precision components
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs to ensure accurate production
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary offsets or adjustments
• Conduct in-process inspections using measuring tools to maintain tight tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal functionality
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating CNC Swiss turning machines
• Strong understanding of precision machining and close tolerances
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Technical training or apprenticeship in machining or CNC operation (preferred)
