Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee EHS compliance and site safety protocols
• Conduct regular safety walks, risk assessments, and audits
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans
• Provide EHS training and induction for site staff and subcontractors
• Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance
• Keep up-to-date EHS records and ensure documentation is in line with regulations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in EHS within the construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards
• Certification in Environmental, Health, and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH)
• Effective communicator with a hands-on approach
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
