We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HSE Advisor to join our construction team in Ireland. If you have a solid background in health and safety and are passionate about creating safe work environments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Promote safety awareness through training, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections
• Develop and implement site-specific safety procedures and emergency response plans
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of local health and safety legislation and best practices
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
