Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up manual or CNC turning, milling, or sliding head machines
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision
• Inspect finished products for quality, tolerances, and conformance to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal operation
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating turning, milling, or sliding head machines
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Vocational training or apprenticeship in machining or a related trade (preferred)
• Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality
